Shipping & Returns
FREE UK delivery
Orders are usually despatched in 1-2 working days. Your order will be shipped by a Royal Mail Tracked Service. You will receive your tracking reference by email on despatch.
We welcome collections from the studio in Walthamstow. Contact hello@emmabondillustration.com to arrange a time.
We use recycled, reusable or biodegradable packaging. Items are carefully wrapped in tissue and then packaged using strong durable materials so that they reach you in perfect condition.
Standard UK Delivery:
Delivery - 1-3 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Free
EU Delivery:
International buyers are responsible for any import taxes and duties that may be due.
Delivery - 3-4 working days
Royal Mail International Tracked £12.00
Worldwide Delivery (non EU) :
International buyers are responsible for any import taxes and duties that may be due.
Delivery - 5-7 working days
Royal Mail International Tracked £18.00
Please note that due to Covid 19 these delivery times can be slightly longer in some cases.
Exchanges & Returns
If your order hasn’t arrived or there is a problem with your item please contact hello@emmabondillustration.com as soon as possible so we can help you.
Damages
We do our best to make sure your order gets to you in perfect condition. However if your item arrives damaged please take some photos and send them to hello@emmabondillustration.com with a description of the problem within 72 hours of delivery.
We will be happy to replace your item, or if it is an original artwork, allow an exchange or credit note to the value of your order.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges in perfect condition are accepted within 14 days of your original order. Please notify us by email within this time frame.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and we would advise using a tracked delivery service with appropriate insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any damages or missing items on their return journey.
On safe arrival, you will be offered an exchange or refund minus the shipping cost. This includes orders which received free shipping. If you require an exchange we will charge the relevant shipping for that item.
We aim to process refunds within 10 working days.
Please note made to order, framed and sale items are non-refundable.
